Account Activation & Management
Welcome to the LynxLogix platform. Use this article for account activation and administration.
Account Activation
You will receive an automated email invite from LYNX Logix to the email registered during onboarding. Please make sure to white-list no-reply@prod.lynxlogix.carrier.com for all account related emails and alerts.


Click activate and you will be directed to a webpage to submit your security code sent to your email.


Once you confirm the code, verification will be successful and prompt to reset your password.


Click reset password. Please ensure this password is strong and secure to protect your personal information.


Once password is set, you can now log into LYNX Logix.


Once you have set your password you are ready to log in to the LYNX LOGIX platform. Please add LYNX LOGIX to your bookmarks for easy login!
Password Reset
Please note that the account activation links expire after 24 hours. In the event you are unable to activate in this timeframe - follow the below instructions to reset your password.
Navigate to the LYNX LOGIX login page and click on "Forgot Password"


Enter the email address you signed up for the LYNX Logix platform with and click "Send link to email"

Within a few minutes you should receive an email to reset your password.


Account Management
Upon initial account activation the primary account owner will be made a system administrator. As a system administrator you will be granted addition system access to:

Invite New Users

Deactivate Users

Edit User Details:

Name

Phone Number

Email
-
Default Alert Profile
-

Promote/Demote users to Administrator

Edit Company Details
