C-25.1.6 - Release Notes

We're excited to announce the following improvements as part of our risk revamp! This release's updates focus on lane-level insights for shipments with multiple modes of transportation.

🌟 Key Updates

Lane Risk Assessment

  • Each MoT combination (e.g., Air + Ocean) is now clearly represented in a line view with intuitive icons and a simplified line view, aligned with our latest design system

  • View Scheduled Transit Time (STT) and Average Transit Time at a glance for each MoT (Route).

    • If multiple routes exist within a single MoT combination, you will now see the range of Scheduled Transit Time values.

      • Ex: If three routes have Scheduled Transit Times of 3, 4, and 5 days, you’ll see: 3–5 days.

      • Average Transit Time will be shown as “--” in this case to avoid misinterpretation across diverse routes.

Lane Details

  • Mode of Transportation View

    • View MoT combinations (sorted alphabetically) with nested route-level insights.

    • For each route, you’ll now see:

      • MoT combination

      • Route name

      • Scheduled Transit Time

      • Average Transit Time

    • The first accordion expands by default for easier scanning.

    • When collapsed, key metrics are still visible for quick comparisons.

  • Route-Level Navigation

    • Selecting a route from this section now instantly updates your filters and navigates to the Route Details Page for a deep dive.

  • Shipment Transit Time Graphs

    • Visualize Scheduled vs. Average Transit Times for each route, based on your selected time period

Route Details

  • Shipment Transit Time Graphs

    • Visualize Scheduled vs. Average Transit Times for each route, based on your selected time period

  • Dwell Time by Waypoints and Segments (Previously “On-Time vs. Delayed Shipments” graph)

    • View a complete list of waypoints and segments along the route.

    • Each displays the average dwell time, helping you identify where delays are occurring.

    • Selecting a waypoint or segment automatically updates the insights dashboard to reflect the new focus.

📝 Important Notes

  • In the Shipment Transit Time graphs, all shipments over the STT line will be marked as Delayed and all shipments below will be marked as On-Time

  • Updated Ping Rates Insights to always report ping rate in minutes

  • Tooltips have been added to all graphs across the platform

  • Updated language on ‘Route Validation’ to ‘Route Verification’

  • Upgraded event ingestion process and event stability

  • Onboarded the following lanes:

    • Basel to Shelbyville

    • Juncos to Shanghai

    • Compton to Louisville

    • Duisburg to Kashiwa

    • Puerto Rico to Shanghai

    • San Juan Bautista to Columbus
