C-25.2.3 - Release Notes

We’re excited to bring you the latest updates to Lynx Logix, focusing on UI improvements, excursion logic, external event categorization, and route data enhancements.

 

🌟 Key Updates

Updated Data Handling Logic

  • Applied new categories for unavailable data across ping, leg, route, and lane levels
    • Introduced "Unavailable" category for onboarding flows with missing device data.
    • Introduced "NA" for external events without a source. Onboarded lanes with no events flowing are assigned "No Risk".
  • Excluded Missing Location shipments from:
    • Travel time metrics
    • On-time vs delayed calculations

UI/UX Enhancements for Performance Severity

  • Redesigned severity tags for lane and route performance with new categories for intuitive user understanding
    • Needs Attention, Average, Optimal, No Activity, N/A
  • Updated external event summary severity levels
    • High, Medium, Low, No Risk
  • Implemented severity display logic across lane and route pages
  • Tabs now show red text and icons when severity is "High" or "Needs Attention".

Platform Enhancements

  • Added shipment transit time charts above route-level performance metrics.
  • Dynamic y-axis thresholds added in external events for better data scaling
  • Tooltips added to all graphs
  • When a user selects "Help", the PDF help file opens in a new tab

Route and CO₂ Enhancements

  • CO₂ tab now shows:
    • Segment-level shipment counts
    • Avg/total CO₂ emissions with units (KT/T)
  • External Events now reflect event counts with severities or falls back to “No Risk”

 

🕷️ Bug Fixes

  • Fixed tooltip display errors and malformed graph rendering in expanded segment views and trend charts.
  • Addressed missing or incorrect CO₂ unit labels and values at the segment and route level.
  • Corrected data visibility for edge cases (e.g. "0 shipments" not rendering properly).
  • Backend fixes for timeouts on high-volume temperature profile API calls; optimized for reliability.

 

📝 Important Notes

  • Shipment Filtering Logic Changed
    • Certain categories of “missing data” shipments are now excluded from metrics like travel time and excursion rate.
  • "Unavailable" and "NA Risk" Are Now Valid States
    • These tags will appear where data is intentionally absent or not yet integrated — especially during onboarding or 3rd-party event delays.
  • CO₂ Unit Standardization
    • All CO₂ values now show units (KT, T) consistently. This change may slightly alter your exported data format or visuals.
