Welcome to the CONTXT platform. Use this article for account activation as well as mobile app downloading and administrative tasks.
Account Activation
You will receive an automated email invite from PAXAFE to the email registered during onboarding. Please make sure to white-list support@paxafe.com for all account related emails and alerts.
Click activate and you will be prompted to set a password. Please ensure this password is strong and secure to protect your personal information.
Once you have set your password you are ready to log in to the CONTXT platform. Please add https://getcontxt.paxafe.com/login to your bookmarks for easy login!
Password Reset
Please note that the account activation links expire after 10 minutes. In the event you are unable to activate in this timeframe - follow the below instructions to reset your password.
Navigate to the PAXAFE login page and click on "Forgot Password"
Enter the email address you signed up for the PAXAFE CONTXT platform with and click "Submit"
Within a few minutes you should receive an email to reset your password.
Mobile Application
Search for PAXAFE 
on either Android Play or Apple App store Or scan the QR code below to download the app.
Once downloaded please login with your username and password. At this time you can chose to opt in to utilize your mobile phones biometric login methods ( FaceID or Finger Print unlock).
Account Management
Upon initial account activation the primary account owner will be made a system administrator. As a system administrator you will be granted addition system access to:
- Invite New Users
- Deactivate Users
- Edit User Details:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Default Alert Profile
- Promote/Demote users to Administrator (below)
- Edit Company Details
- View PAXAFE devices on your account
