The TRAK-X is the ideal device option for any supply chains which are closed loop. Closed loop supply chain uses reverse logistics to feed products that have served their purpose back into the forward logistics process.
To enable this functionality, during Add Shipment, just enable Round Trip setting (via toggle 
) during the Shipment creation process.
This can also be toggled in the Shipment Configuration profile and optionally applied to all live shipments.
