      Contxt Lane Risk Revamp & Athena Summary - Release Notes We're excited to announce major improvements to our lane risk module, including enhanced risk assessment capabilities, detailed lane insights, and Athena-generated summaries.

      Enhanced Lane Performance Insights

      • New "Lane Overview" page provides comprehensive visibility into lane performance, including on-time delivery, temperature excursions, and device performance.
      • Intuitive visualizations like scatter plots, box plots, and heatmaps enable data-driven decision making.
      • Ability to drill down into individual shipment details for root cause analysis.

      Athena AI-Powered Insights - New!

      • "ATHENA Summary" popup delivers AI-generated insights on delivery and temperature performance.
      • Identifies performance issues, root causes, and recommended actions to optimize the supply chain.
      • Insights are updated automatically with each data refresh.

      Flexible Filtering and Sorting

      • Robust date range selection with presets like "Last Data Refresh" and "Last 3 Months".
      • Ability to filter by product, route, and other parameters.
      • Default sorting by lane performance and external event impact.

      External Events Monitoring - New!

      • Dedicated "External Events" tab displays the impact of weather, geopolitical events, and other disruptions on shipping lanes.
      • An interactive map and detailed event feed enable proactive risk mitigation.
      • Comprehensive filtering by event type, severity, and location.

      Device Performance Insights - New!

      • Visualize device ping rate and battery performance across shipments.
      • Identify underperforming devices and address connectivity/power issues.
      • Leverage detailed shipment-level insights for root cause analysis.

      📝 Important Notes

      • The "Packaging" tab is currently disabled and will be released in a future update.
      • Time frame and product filters are not available on the "External Events" tab.
      • Includes additional backend upgrades and optimizations to improve platform performance and security
