CONTXT Platform
PAXAFE's CONTXT platform leverages near real-time telematics, third-party and ERP data to provide a digital twin to the physical supply chain capable of answering who, what, when, where, how and why. Enables access to end-to-end product Remaining Shelf-Life calculation in real-time. CONTXT also provides the ability to proactively predict shipment delays and temperature deviation, which notifies of upcoming deviations up to 120 minutes in advance.
CONTXT Dashboard: World view of all active shipments. Navigate using the shortcut menu on the left pane. Provides an overview of all shipments
- Inventory: Shipments raised, waiting for a tracker to be linked
- New: Shipments that are still at origin facility ready to be shipped
- In-Transit: Shipment left the origin and is en-route to a destination
- Destination: Shipments that reached the destination
- Completed: List of all completed historical shipments – last 7-year data will be available to search in real-time. Data beyond 7 years will be achieved and retrieved up on request.
- Green: In-transit (no alerts)
- Yellow: In-transit (with warnings)
- Red: In-transit (with alarms)
- Dark Red: In-transit (delayed)
Platform notifications are available from the top right drop down - alerting the user on the most applicable shipment based alarms:

3 Panes:
- Left: shows the list of shipments based on the shortcut selection from the home page. Also includes shortcuts to filter shipments based on status and risk level (at-risk, critical, delayed, etc.)
- Middle: shipment detail section includes all the major timeline events of the shipment along with the device detail tab to view sensor data of the shipment
- Right: Map view of the selected shipment. Option to toggle between street and satellite view. Option to add custom geo-fencing at a shipment level to receive notifications.
Additional options: with single click icons, you can export the shipment as a report (pdf version) or create a sharable link to share just the selected shipment.

Device CONTXT:
Track and trace is not enough – you need CONTXT surrounding your supply chain data. CONTXT will help you understand the ‘HOW’ and the ‘WHY’ behind shipment excursions. Notifications and dynamic prediction of any potential excursions

Product Profile
Pre-configured product profiles can be created for each customer/use-case with specific temperature and stability budget thresholds. These profiles can be remotely applied to devices while creating a new shipment in real-time.

Pre-configured shipment profiles can be created for each customer/lane with a specific origin, destination, stops, geofence locations. These profiles can be remotely applied to devices while creating a new shipment in real-time.
