Custom geofences can provide more visibility beyond just knowing when your shipment has left it's origin or arrived at is destination.
Common locations to create geofences include Airports, Ports, Package Sorting Facilities, and Border Crossings.
CONTXT supports:
Radius Geofence - Circular based defined zone which can be specified in meters.
Polygonal Geofence - Multi-angle based and drawn zone typically made to define precise location.
To create a custom geofence in an active shipment, follow below.
1) Click the Manage Geo Fences icon (
) on the top right of the map pane. Geofences default to a radius (in kilometers).
2) It will then expand to allow search for an address or a draw polygonal (
) geofence.
